Pop your favourite track on and get dancing
Find a rhythmic tune and flow in a stretch routine you create by moving every which way your body wants to
Move desks - outside, inside, standing, sitting and even sitting on a Swiss ball - keep it varied
Get up between tasks, roughly every 20 minutes even if it's just to peg out the washing
Start your day, and end your day with a walk, a cycle, a run, a swim...
Run up the stairs
Squat as you boil the kettle
