Don't get stuck in one position, our bodies are designed to move!

How?

  1. Pop your favourite track on and get dancing

  2. Find a rhythmic tune and flow in a stretch routine you create by moving every which way your body wants to

  3. Move desks - outside, inside, standing, sitting and even sitting on a Swiss ball - keep it varied

  4. Get up between tasks, roughly every 20 minutes even if it's just to peg out the washing

  5. Start your day, and end your day with a walk, a cycle, a run, a swim...

  6. Run up the stairs

  7. Squat as you boil the kettle
