Change your state No.1 - Go for cold

Pour cold water over your head, extreme yes, effective yes! It's just one way to change your state by making your body respond in some way differently to how you may be feeling whether anxious, depressed, low ebb, with feelings of hopelessness. Wim Hof made us curious to take note of his approaches to wellbeing stating that the cold would improve so many things from improved immunity to shifts in how you're feeling.

How?

  1. You could immerse in a cold pool, stream, river, lake or sea

  2. Tip a cup of water over your head

  3. Have a cold shower or bath

  4. Fill the sink and dip your head or hands in

  5. Fill a bowl with cold water and put your feet in
